(1) According to section 12, in order to monitor and inspect whether the industry, establishment, company, project or educational institution or any other organization that has been approved to purchase or keep land in excess of the limit has performed the work according to its purpose or not, one monitoring and inspection in each district as follows The Committee will consist of:-
(a) Head of the District Coordination Committee - Coordinator
(b) The head or chairman of the local level of the place where the land is more than the limit - member
(c) Authorized Representative of District Administration Office - Member
(d) Head of the Office of the Controller of Funds and Accounts - Member (e) Head of Survey Office - Member (f) Related (Industry, establishment; Head of office regulating project or company - Member
(g) Head of Office - Member-Secretary
(2) Within two months from the end of the financial year, the committee according to sub-section (1) in consultation with the relevant local level to purchase or retain land in excess of the limit, on the spot regarding whether the agricultural farm, industry, establishment or company that has received approval has used it in accordance with the purpose of obtaining the approval or not. Monitoring and inspection should be done.
(3) During the monitoring and inspection in accordance with sub-section (2), a report shall be submitted to the department regarding whether the land has been used in accordance with the purpose of acquiring land in excess of the limit: and a copy thereof shall also be given to the relevant local level.
(4) Based on the report received according to sub-section (3), the department studies and issues a. It should be submitted to the Ministry with its opinion within a month.
(5) If it is found in the report submitted according to sub-section (4) that the land exceeding the limit is not used according to the purpose, the ministry will confiscate the said land and keep it in the name of the Government of Nepal.
